Our online official county records database has documents dating back to 1981. The database includes final judgments, land records, liens, deeds, and other public documents. The search will return a list of grantors/grantees or parties, the date of the document, the book and page number of the document, and other related information. The official records of Highlands County are public record and can be accessed in the following ways:

Mail a request for copies to the Recording Division along with the appropriate fee. A detailed list of recording fees is shown below.
